Mouse appears to hang in Device Manager due to SCSI interface.
Cause:
This is not a problem; the computer has SCSI controller drivers or device drivers installed and it takes time to communicate with the controller.
Solution:
The system IS NOT hung. Wait a few seconds and the computer should start working normally.
